Konawaena celebrates Homecoming Oct. 26

“Wild Ride to Cat Pride,” Konawaena High School’s homecoming celebration, begins at 5:45 p.m. Oct. 26. Pregame festivities will include a homecoming parade featuring members of the Class of 1967, as well as the 2012 homecoming court, the Kona Marlins Football Club and grade level classes. The football game versus Hawaii Preparatory Academy starts at 7 p.m. Senior Night will honor the senior football players.

All Konawaena alumni are encouraged to participate in the Native FM Fight for Hunger Food Drive challenge. The alumni class donating the most food items will have its class year engraved on the Spirit Spear.
