Hawaii Learning Resource is partnering with Assets School to offer “Demystifying Spelling for Dyslexics” from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Feb. 2 in the Kealakehe Intermediate School library. The free workshop is designed especially for educators of students with learning differences, but the information can benefit all students.
Assets School Director of Professional Program Development Darlene Robertson will present the workshop which will examine mapping sounds into symbols, grouping letters into syllable patterns, and combining morphemes to form words.
