A 22-year-old Kailua-Kona man is facing robbery, assault and theft charges in connection with a Nov. 26 reported robbery in a parking lot at Alii Sunset Plaza in Kailua-Kona.
Kekoa Duguran was arrested and charged on Tuesday with first-degree robbery, first-degree assault and third-degree theft in connection with incident, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
