An agreement has been reached for Meridian Pacific Ltd. to purchase three commercial zoned parcels totaling 40.8 acres between Waikoloa Road and Pua Melia, just below the post office from BFAF Waikoloa LLC. The purchase agreement has a six-month due diligence period before closing escrow.
Meridian Pacific is a mainland based development company with an office on Oahu. Current Hawaii developments include the Waipahu Town Center on Oahu and Puna Kai Center in Pahoa. Preliminary plans note a drug store, hardware store, market and service station.
