HONOLULU — The body of a diver missing since Saturday has been recovered.

The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports the Coast Guard on Monday recovered the body of Nicholas Spotkaeff.

The body was spotted by a boater about 10 miles off Turtle Bay.

Spotkaeff’s son was the last person to see him alive. He had been swimming shortly before 3 p.m. Saturday about 100 yards north of Kaena Point.

The Coast Guard, Honolulu Fire Department and Honolulu Ocean Safety conducted an air, land and sea search.
