The Donkey Mill Art Center’s current exhibit, “Sensei (teacher) and Sensibilities,” showcases diverse art works of area and visiting artists — Alvis Uritis, Eric Edwards, Erik Omunson, Gary Eoff, John Ferdico, Miho Morinoue, Monique Baillargeon and Peter Durst. The exhibit runs through June. Artworks are created from clay, wood block printing, photography and mixed media.
The center hosts four exhibits each year in its historic building, a former coffee mill located 3 miles south of Holualoa. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Partial funding for the exhibit was provided by the Hawaii County Nonprofit Grant.
