Hawaii County finished its supply distribution effort to Puna on Sunday.
Darryl Oliveira, county Civil Defense administrator, said that relief effort ended since the number of people showing up decreased and many stores have had power restored.
Bottled water, ice and tarps were distributed to residents following Tropical Storm Iselle at the Pahoa Fire Station on Friday and Saturday morning, Pahoa High and Intermediate School on Saturday afternoon, and Pahoa High and Intermediate School and Mountain View gym on Sunday.
The Hawaii Electric Light Co. said Sunday that 8,100 customers were without power.
Warren Lee, county Public Works director, said road crews had finished clearing paths on major routes and work had begun on clearing side streets in Puna’s subdivisions.
He said he was aiming to have all roads open, and debris cleared, by the end of the week.
The county received reports of 146 homes damaged as a result of the storm, mainly in Puna.
