Guam inmate treated for tuberculosis

HAGATNA, Guam — Guam officials say an inmate has tested positive for active tuberculosis.

Department of Public Health and Social Services director James Gillan says the male inmate is in isolation at Guam Memorial Hospital.

Pacific Daily News reported the inmate was admitted to the hospital March 24.
