Well Being & Stress Reduction Program
Maryna Allan, Qigong Instructor and Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, will be sharing simple and fun exercises to improve your health and overall well-being. This five minute daily routine will increase energy levels, optimize vitality, relieve pain, improve sleep and alleviate stress. Ideal for all ages and fitness levels the routine can even be done while sitting. This is a great program for starting the New Year.
