Level: Beginners

This class with focus on traditional approaches to making raku pottery as well as emerging techniques. Students will learn wheel throwing skills and how to make good decisions regarding form and surface preparation. Several low temperature firing techniques will be explained and practiced, in particular, Naked Raku.

Will Jacobson is a life-long studio potter and widely known as an artist and innovator. His work is shown internationally and in many public and private collections.
