In honor of mothers everywhere, join dynamic speaker and author Mary Lou Sanelli as she shares her humorous and dauntlessly honest reading presentation on mothers and daughters, the life cycle and evolutionary process that lasts a lifetime. Dust off your best hat, don proper tea attire or come as you are for a special tea time in appreciation for the mothers we know and love. An assortment of fruit, herbal teas, coffee, and baked items will be served in classical fun and festive tea party theme.

Sanelli works as a writer, columnist, and professional speaker/reader. The author of seven books, she is hired to read from her works throughout the country. Her latest title is Among Friends (#1 in Non-Fiction, Barnes & Noble, December, 2009). Her work has been widely anthologized, including two anthologies of Western Women Writers by Houghton Mifflin. She works as a regular columnist for the Peninsula Daily News, Seattle's City Living magazine, and Art Access magazine. She also contributes to the Seattle Times and Seattle Metropolitan Magazine. She is heard weekly on KSER, FM, Seattle Public Radio, and periodically on Weekend Edition, National Public Radio. Sanelli's dance training and performance experience enables her to present with skills that surpass the average author presentation. She presents her work at corporate events, theaters, writing conferences & festivals, literary venues, colleges and universities, book clubs, and private events.
