Integral Dreaming for Creativity and Lucidity
Sunday and Monday, Feb 10th & 11th, 6pm-9pm
Please join us for one or both evenings to activate the creative and transformative power of your dreams with two of the world's pioneers in the field of dream studies. Fariba Bogzaran and Daniel Deslauriers, the authors ofIntegral Dreaming: A Holistic Approach to Dreams, share their unique insights and activities for consciously engaging the brilliant creativity of your dreaming mind.
During the first evening, Fariba and Daniel explain the core principles of Integral Dreaming. We will also explore the illuminative wisdom within various types of extraordinary dreams - lucid dreaming, creative dreams, spiritual dreams and mutual dreaming.
The second evening includes experiential activities such as dream re-entry, art creation, automatic writing, and contemplative practices to more fully open your creative channel.
Each evening you’ll craft a personal “dream incubation” or intention for your dreamtime.
