Please join us for Galaxy Forum Hawaii 2013 -- Galaxy 21st Century Education: Setting Sail for the Stars, a free public event on Saturday August 17 (9am-1pm) at University of Hawaii – Hilo, Science and Technology Building, Room 118.

Please RSVP to info@iloa.org or 808-885-3474. (FREE event open to the public)

The program features a continuation of the Pacific Aloha Offshore Spaceport initiative designed by Steve Durst, Space Age Publishing Company and the ILOA to advance Pacific Space Access for Hawaii in the 21st Century.

ILOA is introducing a “Galaxy Map for Every Class” as a leading edge Galaxy 21st Century Education tool and reference chart for the new dimension beyond our world and Solar System.

There is also a burgeoning campaign to raise funds to support the building of an ILOA International HQ and Research Center in Kamuela. This facility would be a base for the suite of four ILOA astronautics / astrophysics missions to the surface of the Moon.

There will also be special presentations from the dynamic Pacific International Space Center for Exploration Systems (PISCES) and the long duration Hawai`i Space Exploration Analog and Simulation (HI-SEAS) experiment currently underway on the slopes of Mauna Loa.

These projects, particularly the Pacific Space Access initiative, have the potential to elevate the State of Hawaii's position as a global leader in astronomy, technology and space science / education.

As the ILOA looks upward to the stars and forward to the future we ask for your participation and guidance in helping to achieve the highest standards of excellence in Hawaii education, enterprise and exploration.

Please RSVP to info@iloa.org or 808-885-3474. (FREE event open to the public)
