During this school year, participants will be traveling around the world and getting their “passports” stamped each month as we explore the world through reading. Join us for this entertaining and informative program to encourage family literacy. November’s guest speakers will be the Miss Kona Coffee 2013 contestants. They will share their experiences of the recent scholarship pageant, Kona Coffee Festival, and traveling to Japan for a Kona Coffee promotional tour.
Registration will take place from 4:30 to 5:00 p.m. in front of the library, monthly program from 5:00 to 5:30 PM, and Reading by Age Group from 5:30 to 6:00 PM. Afterward, the families will meet on the lanai for light refreshments, door prizes, and books.
