Sitting and Walking Meditation, Talk, Dialogue/Inquiry. Groups are non-denominational and open to all. Experienced and beginning meditators welcome-meditation guidance is offered. Bring your own meditation cushion. Chairs are available. Gavin gratefully accepts donations to help cover his living expenses.
