Course content includes: Action at an Emergency; Victim Assessment; Basic Life
Support; Adult CPR; Pediatric CPR; Bleeding and Shock; Wounds; Dressings and
Bandages; Burns; Head and Spinal Injuries, Chest, Abdominal, and Pelvic Injuries; Bone,
Joint, and Muscle Injuries; Splinting the Extremities; Sudden Illnesses; Poisoning; Bites
and Stings; Cold Related Emergencies; Heat Related Emergencies; Rescuing and Moving
Victims. National Safety Council CPR certifications are valid for 2 years; First Aid certification is valid for 3 years. Call 987-6523 for more information and to register.
